SHK Music Presents: Andy Wood and Seth Rosenbloom at Boston Harbor Distillery
These two amazing guitar players will make this a Sunday evening to remember. They will be joining us the night after appearing together at NYC's City Winery. You will get to experience them in our far more intimate Dorchester refuge.
Andy Wood - It is probably safe to say Andy Wood is one of the most impressive guitar virtuosos you've never heard of. .He is generally recognized as part of the forefront of this generation’s top influential guitarists - both as a teacher and a performer. Currently touring as a solo guitarist and mandolinist - he is also the guitarist for Rascal Flatts and Scott Stapp when they go on tour. He also has played on stage with the likes of Joe Bonamassa and others. "Andy is one of the very few who can play at astounding speed and still sound melodic and tasteful. Today's generation of young players includes some incredible talents, no more so than Andy Wood." He plays a broad range of genres covered including fusion, rock, metal, and acoustic bluegrass.

Seth Rosenbloom was described by the Boston Globe as “a searing blues-rock guitarist,” and by The Noise Boston as a musician who “makes his guitar growl and has a voice to match.” He’s been compared to “a slightly younger and rawer version of Matt Schofield ,” by the Blues PowR blog, which also praised him for “his gravelly, forceful vocals and stinging guitar work.” He tours all over the country to great acclaim. His previous appearance at the Distillery was a blast - and there's no reason to expect any different this time.
