The FCC - The musical powerhouse duo Tim Carman and Pat Faherty of GA20 join up with longtime friend and B3 monster Ken Clark to play a collection of classic jazz, blues, and rock. Faherty, Carman, and Clark are The FCC
Born and raised in the city of Boston, Patrick Faherty is an accomplished musician and teacher, earning multiple billboard chart placements in GA20, cover features in Vintage Guitar Magazine and Guitar Player Magazine, and touring all over the world nonstop the last 5 years. A multi-genre wizard, Patrick has played in blues, jazz, punk, and death metal bands over his 20+ year career.
Ken Clark is internationally renowned as one of the world's greatest jazz organists. He has won the New England Blues Society's Keyboardist of the Year award in 2006, 2009, 2011, and 2015. Known for his technical ability and natural feel for funk and soul, Ken has toured and recorded with Bernard Purdie, Melvin Sparks, and David "Fathead" Newman.
Tim Carman is an accomplished drummer, session musician, educator, and author based in Boston, MA. He has played with numerous top Boston groups and was nominated for “Session Musician of the Year” by the Boston Music Awards in 2020. Tim currently records and tours with Parlor Greens, a soul-jazz group, and leads his own projects, including Tim Carman & The Street 45s and the Tim Carman Trio.
This event is being presented by SHK Music at the Boston Harbor Distillery - a wonderfully unique and intimate setting to take in great music with its 1850's architecture, great acoustics, comfortable seating and fantastic selection of made-on-the-premises liquors and liqueurs.
