Please join us for Samantha Farrell's 2nd Annual "A Blue Christmas" -  a joyful holiday extravaganza at Boston Harbor Distillery!

This unforgettable night will be hosted by Samantha, one of SHK’s all-time favorite singer-songwriters, and she will be joined by a stellar lineup of her most talented friends, including R&B and soul singer-songwriters Jesse Dee and Jen Kearney, masters of 3 part harmonies the Brothers McCann, and more local stars to be announced.

Backing these amazing singers will be Chris Hersch and the MoonRaiders – a band of accomplished veterans who have been nominated for New England’s Best Roots Act of the Year. 

These performers will be taking a rare turn outside of their usual repertoire to sing the soundtrack of the season.  Their assignment is to pick a few of their favorites from the holiday catalogue and some of their their own originals of the hall-decking and bell jingling variety. Expect an evening imbued with jazz-tinged nostalgia, existential angst, warm and moody blues, and some rare, rootsy rock renditions of more obscure holiday gems.  

Last year's show was one of our 2024 favorite performances.  Come embrace the spirit of the holidays with Samantha Farrell and friends, while sipping on the Distillery’s craft cocktails and seasonal offerings. Make this Blue Christmas one to remember!


This event is being presented by SHK Music at the Boston Harbor Distillery - a wonderfully unique and intimate setting to take in great music with its 1850's architecture, great acoustics, comfortable seating and fantastic selection of made-on-the-premises liquors and liqueurs.
