Led by Clark — the lead vocalist, ukulele player, and a lyricist with a background in creative writing — The Gwiggles blend memorable ukulele riffs, exciting bass fills, energetic drums, and vivid storytelling into their songs. The band has a wide range of influences from The Backseat Lovers, to Irish jigs, to video game soundtracks, to King Gizzard.
