Bite the Bat is a one-night-only live experience dedicated to performing Black Sabbath’s landmark Paranoid album in its entirety. Bringing together a group of musicians with a shared love for the heavy, dark, and unmistakable sound of early Sabbath, Bite the Bat aims to recreate the energy and raw power of this classic record in a full live setting. For one night, we’ll be turning up the volume, embracing the riffs, and celebrating one of heavy metal’s most iconic albums from start to finish.

Led by Alex Calabrese, Worcester-based folk project, Old Tom & The Lookouts blend the introspective grit of Americana with the emotional rawness of Indie-Rock. Known for their brooding lyrics and powerful storytelling, the band explores themes of mental health, love, and resilience. Drawing influences from artists like Counting Crows, Pinegrove, and The Band, Calabrese’s evocative vocals and poignant songwriting strike a chord with listeners searching for authenticity and emotional depth.
