Erin celebrates the release of her new album “Let The Mermaids Flirt With Me: A Tribute To Mississippi John Hurt” with an opening Country Blues Duo set with Countryman Jim, followed by a dance party with the band. The Delta Swingers are Erin on guitar and vocals, husband Jim Countryman on bass and vocals, multi-instrumentalist Bobby Mroz on harmonica, keyboards and vocals, and Shawn Meehan on drums. Blending 1930’s Piedmont blues – which Erin learned from her dad growing up – with electric boogie guitar, an undeniable dance beat, Chicago-style harmonica, and piano, their sound would be at home in any speakeasy or juke joint.
