Bringing together his diverse influences and musical background, composer, arranger, and bassist Allan Hirt formed the Jazztet to delight your senses with a mixture of original tunes, unique arrangements of songs you know (often with a twist), as well standards that have stood the test of time. Whether it is funky, Latin, straight ahead, or a jazzed up version of a rock song, there is always something for everyone.

The Jazztet also features Thom Cox on guitar, Larry Gelberg on saxophone, and Bruce Hanahan on drums. Allan is working on the follow up to his 2022 solo album Moving Forward which received airplay on jazz radio stations all around the world.
