A live show from Reese Fulmer & The Carriage House Band is fresh and full of joy: "smart, emotionally tuned arrangements and a stage presence that balances earnestness with unpredictability,” says NYS Music. "Their live performance thrives in the liminal space between folk, Americana and jazz, and the result is a sound that’s complex without being convoluted.” Across the course of a full Carriage House Band show, you might feel the unpredictable rock’n'roll spirit of Wilco, with hints of Prine's literate simplicity, Zappa's irreverent boundary-pushing, and "propulsive grooves like the cozy acoustic power-glide of 'Workingman’s Dead.' And that’s a compliment." (Hoke's Jukebox)

The Pinkerton Raid’s Jesse James DeConto crafts “a fine blend of Beatles-esque dreamy folk,” says AMERICANA HIGHWAYS. He’s an ’80s kid, raised on STAR WARS, Tolkien and Laurel Canyon. He’s played AVLFest and Mile of Music with River Whyless and Carsie Blanton. He writes soft-spoken protest songs with Big Dad Energy, and there is a fair number of songs about trees.
